The Stampin' Schach Design Tips: Clean and Simple Vintage Style
This card measures 5-1/2" wide by 4-1/4" long.
- Framed! The Rectangular Designer Frame was zipped through the Big Shot with Very Vanilla card stock and snipped out with Paper Snips. The "JOY" image from Joyous Celebrations was inked in Cherry Cobbler and snipped out. And do you recognize this tree? It's the top of the Christmas Lodge Tree. Of course, no respectable tree would be seen without Basic Pearls!
- Jagged little edge! I recently discovered the "Sawtooth" Finishing Touches Edgelit. It is perfect when you need just a little "pop" of color for a decorative trim. In this case, I selected Cherry Cobbler to coordinate with the pearls and "JOY".
- Illuminate! Illuminate Glimmer Watermark Ink adds a subtle shimmer to any surface. I brayered it over the Lacy Brocade embossed surface for a luminescent shine. I wish you could see how beautiful it is in person!
Lexi celebrated her half birthday last Wednesday, which means she is now eligible to show with the "big dogs". She will make her show debut on October 26th in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Muffy and I will be joining her, while big brother Brody will be cheering them on from home. Here are a couple of pictures of Lexi taken at class with her assistant trainer.
|Doesn't she look older than six months?|
|She can do a great job posing and standing still...sometimes!|
