It's time for a peek at this week's The Paper Players card. The lovely Lesley has a fabulous challenge in store for you Sunday, and I know you will want to play along! It's easy enough to see that I used the gorgeous plaid paper from the Frostwood Lodge Designer Series Paper collection, but what else do I have in store? Join me for Sunday's reveal to see if your guess is correct!
Free Rub-Ons
As I was working in my "Stamp Pantry", I encountered these nifty Holly and Jolly Rub-Ons from last year. I know that I will not be using them, and I thought that maybe one of you could put them to good use. Just leave me a comment on today's sneak peek or Sunday's reveal by 10:00 PM CST, and I will use a random number generator to select a winner. The winner will be named in Monday's post.
A Reader Request
Colleen B. approached me a few days ago and asked if I would inform readers about Holiday Mail for Heroes, which is sponsored by the American Red Cross. The ARC will be collecting holiday cards from regular citizens all across the country and distributing them to service members, veterans, and their families. For specific details, please visit The American Red Cross Holiday Mail for Heroes 2011.

Hi Ann! Can't wait to see your card tomorrow too. Love the colors on this sneak.
I wanted to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving and time got away from me. I've enjoyed your blog so much and I'm very thankful to have found it! I hope you are enjoying time with your son home on break. I still need to take a few minutes to listen to his performance. I think I can finally do that today!

Ann, those rub ons are so cute! How did I miss them? Perfect for a December Daily! (Have you checked that out over at Ali Edwards' blog?)
I KNOW there has to be pearls involved in this card..hehehe...so pretty already
I love the whole Frostwood Lodge suite of products, don't you?
Hmmm. This is a good peak...it has me guessing. I see embossing, spritizing, and 'a' pearl. Looking forward to the 'real' thing! I'll betcha there is more then just one pearl. Love the rub ons. They could be used on so many different projects.
Love the card already...looks like maybe a winter scene...with pearls!
Love the rub ons....quick and easy if you're in a hurry!
Hmm... maybe it has red pearls? Looking forward to seeing the whole thing. Thanks for the Red Cross info, too.
Oooh! I see you are using the window die. I have it and have not cut the first card stock with it, so I can't wait to see what you've done with it!
I love plaid, so I'm sure it is neat! Thanks for the info on the American Red Cross and the cards for our heroes. Thanks!
Hmmm, looks like you used the spritzer tool...hope that means your finger has healed.
Well, whatever it will be - looks like a cool Yule to me! Some spritzing I think? My eye is just drawn to that great houndstooth paper. The rub ons look fun. Ah, maybe a good way to get rid of some perfectly good cards I made a few years ago but just weren't quite "me" - so thanks for that site.
Chris R. from Iowa
